About the brand
From an imported-goods showroom to a brand with its own patterns
Atelier Vale started in 2019 as a showroom on Kabanbay Batyr St selling imported clothing. Two years in, we stopped being just resellers: part of the knitwear and basics line is now cut and sewn in Almaty from our own patterns, while outerwear and footwear are still sourced from trusted factories, capsule by season.

Every product card has a measurement-based size table, not just S/M/L. If unsure, send us your measurements and we'll help pick the right fit.

Yes, anything in stock can be tried on in the boutique. Online orders get a free 14-day size exchange.

How long does delivery take in Almaty?
Usually up to 24 hours by courier. Same-day pickup from the boutique is available if the piece is in stock.

We exchange it for a different size or style free within 14 days — the piece needs its tags and no signs of wear.

Small fixes — sleeve, hem, waist — are done free by our atelier partner on any in-boutique purchase.
